The check in process was very painless and quick. I ended up fitting a lot more things in my unit than I anticipated. My only critique is that I almost was unable to get into my unit because of all of the snow so I think more detailed snow removal would be amazing. Other than that I will definitely recommend.

I worked with Sarah at the WSP unit & she was wonderful. She went out of her way to make sure we had the right sized unit. She made sure the unit was clean & she had to break ice & shovel snow in front of our u it. She deserves a raise!!!

I've only been with public storage for about a month and the issue I have their should be someone there to answer phones. II'm trying to make a pmt and I'm having trouble on line so I to talk to someone and no anwer for2 days thank you the lades are very nice when I signed up at the end of june

I like the location because it's close to where I will be temporarily living. The employees and property manager that I dealt with are very nice. Melody is very helpful and responsive. A few negatives: The personnel didn't tell me up front that there is an additional charge per month for insurance. Also, their cylinder locks cost $20, and you pretty much have to buy one. The entrance gate and entry code post need to get fixed.

This was my first time renting a storage unit so honestly I had no idea what I was doing. I walked in and met Mel and Kerri. I was greeted with big smiles and they took the time to find me an amazing deal that worked with my budget and time frame. I assumed this would be a difficult process but they made it really easy and actually a pretty enjoyable experience. Keep up the good work girls.

The employees at the Public Storage in West St. Paul were friendly and helpful. They didn't tell me up front that there is an additional cost for insurance. They also told me as an afterthought that I have to buy a cylinder lock, probably theirs. They need to gate their gate entry code post fixed. Other than those things, the storage facility looks good and safe.

12 years ago I rented a unit from West Saint Paul Public Storage, and the woman working there was memorable for very positive reasons. Melody was kind, helpful, honest, and just really pleasant to deal with. At that point in my life I had just moved back from NYC and things were very hectic. Now, 12 years later, in booking a unit for storage after another cross-country move from the West Coast I was pleasantly surprised to find that familiar voice on the end of the line. It was like speaking to a family member. Melody even remembered me! She helped my family secure the right size unit, recommended some good items to keep damp out, and made yet another cross country move much less stressful. Having rented units all over the country Melody stands out among storage facility personnel. She's my angel of storage, and because of that I won't go anywhere else.

I loved how melody said what we're looking to store would not fit in the locker that we had asked for. She showed us the 5x5 first then showed us the next size locker and we were very pleased that she did that for us. Liked how she treated us with so much respect. The unit is expensive for how big it is. Online said it would be $1 for first month but then when we got there was told it's in the fine print that this one was not included.
